Though Libra is an air sign, there is a very emotional aspect to this sign. Ruling over the Justice card in the Major Arcana, Libra in its most evolved form seeks balance and harmony, particularly in the area of justice. On a conceptual level this may not seem emotional, but on a practical level, balance (regardless if it is centered around the topic of justice or not) cannot be separated from our emotions.
