The abandoned elevated railroad infrastructure that was used historically as a form of transportation of goods within the meat packing districts. Now, it has evolved into a living thread of botanical gardens in West Chelsea. By capturing the essence of the High Line, a visual language can be abstracted and translated into architectural tectonics + a strategy for the organization of space.
