It actually can be difficult. The Pancham Line and Spinda also have like a two day breeding window, which makes breeding even MORE difficult. Plus, despite biology seeming to make every pokemon know about it, Spinda and Pancham just... dont know how to breed. We don't know why. Other pokemon that are like this (mostly humanoid + lapras and other pokemon that can understand speech) tend to have ways of communicating to explain it to them, but the pans and spinda don't have an evolved enough way of communicating to do that. Even in those two-day window, nothing will probably happen because they don't understand. Some zoos have sex-ed programs SPECIFICALLY for the Pangoro and Spinda because they won't do it otherwise. Source: My coworker is a breeder and he forces me to help him sometimes. It's reasons like this why explaining my job is so damn difficult to people. Pokemon Crossbreeds: Qinling

Qinling (pronounced "chin-ling") is the name for members of the Pangoro line who have spinda fathers. The breed is known for their relatively calmer demeanor and aren't too worried about intimidating enemies. They aren't dizzy like Spinda is, but they still have wobbly steps like Spinda do. It's probably just because they're happier and it's some form of stimming. Each Qinling pan has their own spot patterns.

Pancham

Qinling Pancham gain a brown fur color and the spots of Spinda. When in fights, they try to pull a scary face, but their wobbling steps makes them less intimidating to foes. Despite this, their inability to sit still makes their evasion in battle grow, which makes them a popular battle breed.

Pangoro

Qinling Pangoro still retain the traits of Spinda. These pangoro are jollier than the purebred counterparts. An interesting thing about pangoro is that they're more prone to injury because they tend to be tense but these ones, despite their more relaxed nature, do well in battle because they're bodies reflexively go limp in danger, which is actually safer because it means less damage to their bones and all that. You know. The same reason why a lot of drunk drivers survive. Spinda is basically drunk all the time and that gets passed to the breed.

Safe to breed?: Pancham + Spinda is okay. Pangoro and Spinda isn't because of the height difference.
