Cleansing After a Long Day
If you have to go through a long day full of errands or for work, and you find yourself being around people for much of that day, like if you work in customer service for example, there is so much negative energy and it feels like it is sticks to you or sucks your own energy away.
Showers or baths after a long day have long helped people be able to relax and recover after a long draining day coming in contact with all this negative energy. These in themselves are cleansing, especially if you are visualizing the water cleansing any negative energy that may be stuck to you.
Cleansing is self care. I recommend to take some time today to meditate in the shower or bath. Light a candle possibly, play some music, let the water heal you and rid you of any negativity that may have found itself clinging to you. And then let all the negativity go down the drain at the end of it, and feel a little bit more whole again.
