asteroids that are in cancer (4°, 16°, 28°) and/or pisces (12°, 24°) and/or aspect the moon

chiron (2060): part of their wound and healing in all regards.

cyane (403): becomes a puddle of tears after failing persephone.

echo (60): mourned narcissus until she herself died from sadness.

klytia (73): loved the helios - became depressed and died when he rejected her.

lacrimosa (208): comes from the latin "weeping" or "tearful" - the story itself is about a divine grief.

niobe (71): never stopped crying after the loss of her children.

ophelia (171): tragic character - drowns in her own feelings and is overwhelmingly melancholic.

orpheus (3361): after traveling to the underworld and failing to bring his wife back, orpheus is never the same and in most versions becomes depressed.

planetary things

12h stellium: these people are what i like to call emotionally porous...

cancer (4°, 16°, 28°) and pisces (12°, 24°) moon: prone to being sensitive and crying easily.

12h moons: tends to cry in solitude and/or when they are overwhelmed.

moon negatively aspecting venus: tends to cry a lot of the time from pain and hurt in their love life.

moon-saturn: they tend to repress their emotions then suddenly they can't not release them.

moon conjunct neptune: these people are empaths and tend to get psychically overloaded.

moon negatively aspecting neptune or pluto: prone to intense emotional experiences.

pisces (12°, 24°) venus: cries over anything they find beautiful/moving.

But they do seem to all be Amazons so that’s probably why. Because I really love the AMAZON episodes. I kind of wish they had spent more time on them tbh. But then that would have taken away from the love story. Because let’s be honest, Gabrielle chose Xena.

Gabrielle had so many different paths she could have taken. So many places she could have stayed. She could have stayed home. Perdicus could have lived and she could have stayed with him. She could have stayed with the Amazons as their Queen. But every single time she chose to stay with Xena. Always Xena.

GABRIELLE: “Xena’s path is my path.”

So the show did its best to represent The Amazons for what they were but they couldn’t really do that if Gabrielle would continually choose Xena and the story of the show was so fully focused on their relationship and the ever-evolving love and devotion to each other.

Xena is a love story and in a love story you choose your love over all else. It’s not an Amazon story. But it tries.

And that’s all that I could ever ask for because I want the love story so much more than the Amazon story.
