So THIS one is from 3 years ago, it was done near the first act of the biggest arc in the series, Wano. right now we're in the arc after it so it has most of the information about the series just missing the story beats of Wano and our current arc. very fun and entertaining this is how I would explain it to friends
Totally Not Mark does a lot of anime reviews, more recently a lot of them are blind! He has a series from when he blind read the manga and the videos are very good at sharing why the story works in the way it does. It's a fair bit longer than the average summary since the videos are more like arc summaries and go more in depth than ones that just cover the entire series.
Unfortunately though make sure to check if all of the videos are there. Some videos may not be available in your country (and some may be hidden due to toei animations because he uses anime clips to talk about scenes) so warning on that
I also enjoyed his other series like his jjba and mob psycho reviews. Highly recommend.

It doesn't shy away from voicing displeasure over things (lets just say Oda doesn't like characters dying) so it's not gonna spew praises 24/7. admittedly I have only gotten like a third through though so I don't know the full contents of it lmao
Mother's Basement has a video about the worldbuilding of one piece, which is one of its strong points! I'd check it out if you get interested, it only talks about the first half of the grandline.
