This is an Italian Candied Pecan Salad. Honestly, is the best salad I’ve had to this day. What’s used? Iceberg Lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, sliced granny smith apples with skin on, and all tossed with candied chopped pecans
My practical dish for my international class.. this was a lime sticky rice with diced roasted red peppers. The chicken is braised in chicken broth, celery, carrots, and a lemon pepper seasoning. This whole dish is topped off with a little squeeze of lime
SPICY PORK TERIYAKI RECIPE: 1/2 kg of Pork chunks 1 cup of Soy sauce 5-6 pcs of calamansi 1 pc of Minced onion pinch of Salt and Pepper 1 1/2 tbsp of Brown sugar 1/2 cup of Chili sauce (it depends on your chili level) 2 pcs of Egg 1/2 cup of Flour 1/2 cup of Cornstarch Add ons: you can put (Carrots, bell peppers and sesame seeds) Procedure: Mag init ng 5-6 cup ng tubig sa kaserola at hintaying kumulo. Pag kumulo na ito, lagyan ng asin at isunod ang 1/2kg pork chunks. Habang hinihintay palambutin ang baboy mo, gawin mo na yung pang marinate sauce. Sa isang mixing bowl, isalin ang 1cup of Soy sauce at magpiga ng 5-6pirasong calamansi. Maghiwa ng isang sibuyas at tadtarin hanggang sa maging pino ito at ilagay na sa bowl. Budburan ng paminta at asin para sa pampalasa at lagyan ng 1 1/2tbsp of brown sugar. Pag lumambot na ang baboy, ilipat ang baboy sa marinate sauce at i-set aside ang stock nito. I-marinate ang iyong baboy sa loob ng 10-15 minutes. Magbati ng 2 itlog sa isang bowl at ilagay ang 1/2cup of flour at 1/2cup of cornstarch sa isang plato. Pag okay na yung baboy mo, ilublob sa itlog ang baboy na minarinate niyo at paikutin sa flour at cornstarch at i-deep fry hanggang sa maging crunchy. For the sauce: Ibuhos ang pinagmarinate-an niyo sa mainit na pan at lagyan ng 1/2 cup of chili sauce or depende sa gusto niyong anghang and hintayin niyong magthick (halo lang ng halo). Tantsahin ang lasa kung kulang, lagyan mo pa ng condiments. Pag thick na yung sauce mo, ilagay mo na yung crispy pork mo at i-simmer lang ng 1-2minutes. EASY LANG DIBA? TRY NIYO NA!
