Matt doesn't want the kid out here, but he has to, cause Matt has to patrol, so danny is coming with,

So, the kid was coming on patrol, great.
Hopefully they won't have a run in with any of Matt's usual foes

Matt skitters across the rafter beam, moving on all fours and raising his wings up in a attempt to hide Phantom from view, the kid sniffling and reaching up to try and wipe the tears still falling even hours later,
Fisk shouldn't have seen the movement, he shouldn't've
But he did, and all of Matt's hackles raised,
Fisk looked up
If the kid wasn't with him he would've grinned at the man's heartbeat speeding up, but phantom was here, so instead he opened his mouth and snarled
The movement of the kid on his back pushing themselves upward to try and glimpse the man on the ground over his head, startled him into nearly losing balance on the beam, tail wrapping around it on instinctively to keep from falling,
The kid still managed to raise their head above his own and get a good look at man on the ground,
Said mans heartbeat started speeding up again,
Matt growled and chuffed at phantom to get him to go back down,
They didn't, but they did blink and say,
"He looks like the fruitloop but bald"
