#crossover shit

I am just over halfway through The Song Of Achilles and it’s so easy to picture Aziraphale as Achilles and Crowley as Patroclus. I am 100% doing this. It is impossible to do otherwise.

I know this is Rome and the book is Greek mythology but it’s just a vibe, okay?

There are so many parallels between A + C. I don’t mean to take away from the actual characters or story because it’s all phenomenal. Achilles’ unwavering love & compassion, and Patroclus’ unwavering support. And the looming summons of one’s destiny and the strength it all takes—both physical and mental. Captivating.

I really don’t fuck with sad endings for my boys…or celestial beings…or whomever. And I’m pretty sure this damn book is going to rip my bleeding heart out in the end…which is so near. I feel it coming. I don’t wanna go through the anguish again 🥺

Hey yall! So, I'm seeing some certain similarities between ToT and DDLC, so why not connect them?

Sayori = Luke Pearce

These two have the most similarities! They're both the childhood friends of their MCs, they're both sweet and playful around them, they both have crushes on them, and (SPOILER ALERT) they both die later on. (Edit: not sure if Luke dies, but judging by his side story, I think he will)

Yuri = Artem Wing

They're both sophisticated, mature, and pretty timid when it comes to their feelings. Plus, in the collage above they are wEARING SIMILAR TURTLENECK SWEATERS!

Natsuki = Marius von Hagen

They're both pretty narcissistic, in my opinion. And they're both pretty cute, but I think if I said that to Natsuki, I'd get a punch in the face, but if I said that to Marius, he'd use it as an opportunity to flirt.

Monika = Vyn Richter

I don't know about you guys, but Vyn gives off Monika vibes to me. I think I could come up with only one similarity. At the beginning of ToT, when MC wakes up from a dream, they see and practically know Vyn. But later on, it's like it's their first time meeting him. Same with Monika; in Act 1, MC meets her and gets to know her, but in Act 2, it seems their memories have reset. I could be wrong tho.
