With this simple recipe, you can turn your favorite cereal into a tasty ice cream sandwich. An interesting and fun take on a classic treat!
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 can sweetened condensed milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Cereal of your choice e.g., Fruity Pebbles, Cocoa Puffs. Chocolate chips or sprinkles optional.
Instructions: Heavy cream should be whipped in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Add the vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk slowly while mixing well. Put half of the mix into a loaf pan that has been lined with parchment paper. Add a layer of cereal on top of the mix. Spread the rest of the mixture evenly over the cereal layer after pouring it on top. Add more cereal on top, along with chocolate chips or sprinkles if you like. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for at least six hours or overnight. Take it out of the loaf pan and cut it into squares after it's frozen. For a treat, put the ice cream between two pieces of cereal.
