Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped. Pinch of salt. 1/2 cup crushed waffle cones. 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips. 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles.

Instructions: In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla bean both seeds and pod, and salt. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to steam. Do not boil. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature. Remove the vanilla bean pod. Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches soft serve consistency. In the last few minutes of churning, add crushed waffle cones, mini chocolate chips, and rainbow sprinkles. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Scoop the ice cream into waffle cones and serve.
