Ingredients: 6 hard-boiled eggs. 1/4 cup hummus. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. Paprika for garnish. Fresh parsley leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Separate the hard-boiled eggs along the length of the egg and take out the yolks. Add the hummus, olive oil, lemon juice, ground cumin, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Mash the egg yolks and mix them in. Mix everything together well. You can either spoon the hummus mixture into the egg white halves or use a piping bag to make them look nicer. Add a little paprika to the top of each deviled egg to make them taste better and look better. Add some fresh parsley leaves as a finishing touch. Put the Hummus Deviled Eggs in the fridge until you're ready to serve them. Have fun!
