Elevate your classic deviled eggs with this creative recipe. The combination of Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce adds a unique twist to the traditional dish. Perfect for parties or as a delicious appetizer.
Ingredients: 6 large eggs. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Paprika for garnish. Chopped chives for garnish.
Instructions: Put the eggs in a pot and add enough water to cover them. Over medium-high heat, bring the water to a boil. The water should boil for 10 to 12 minutes. Then take the pan off the heat, cover it, and let the eggs sit in the hot water. When the eggs are done, run cold water over them to cool them down and then peel them. Cut each egg in half down the middle and take out the yolks. Use a fork to mash the yolks in a bowl. You can mix the mashed yolks with Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until it's nice and smooth. For a pretty look, use a spoon or a piping bag to fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture. Add chopped chives and paprika to the deviled eggs to make them look nicer. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it. Have fun making your creative deviled eggs!
