We are always on the run. Running our errands...running to our workplace...running towards home & just running due to anxiety. Doing this we don't realise we've missed almost 1000 sunsets, 1000 sunrises and wasted 10,000 seconds just hyperventilating, huffing and puffing to calm out breaths down.
