#Repost @sophiedrinksbeer 🍻CAPE HOPE⛵ An New England Double India pale ale Double Dry Hopped (NEDIPA DDH) by @sevenislandbrewery & @soribrewing It's been some time but God it felt good to get creative again! This beer looks super hazy with a pale golden colour and a good layer of white foam that is pretty stable. The smell is super fruity! Some pinaple, peach and melon which makes it very tropical. The hop really comes through with some grassy and citrusy notes aswell. Very excited to taste this one! With the first sip the texture immediately feels very creamy probably beacase of the addition of lactose and the carbonation also inst too heavy. There's a lot of fruitiness like I could already tell from the smell. Citrus, melon, pineapple and peachy.
