My Best Friend's Wedding - JraSunshine88 - E, 20 chapters - When Pansy Parkinsonโs best friend Draco Malfoy announces heโs marrying Hermione Granger, she has four days to sabotage the wedding and win him backโif he was ever hers to begin with. Armed with a pact, a plan, and her brutally honest close friend Theo Nott, Pansy heads back to London determined to prove Hermione doesnโt belong in Dracoโs world. But between magical mishaps, surprise etiquette lessons, and a love story she canโt seem to break, Pansy begins to question whether she's fighting for the right endingโor the wrong fairytale. A Dramione twist on My Best Friendโs Wedding, told in dual POV.
kinda interesting how crabbe and goyle are supposedly draco's body guards but the one time draco actually gets attacked in front of them - by harry and george in book 5 - they do nothing and in fact crabbe is actually described as cackling while watching draco get beaten to a pulp.
it seems that while crabbe & goyle may at first appear to be draco's loyal minions, the simmering resentment they have towards him that starts rising to the surface in book 6 and bursts forth in book 7 once he's out of favor, was kind of there buried beneath the surface all along.
draco is really quite an isolated character - though I think even he doesn't fully realize this till book 6. the dynamic between him and crabbe and goyle is a lot more toxic and twisted than I think it generally gets credit for. they must've spent years thinking he would always be above them but secretly itching to see him brought low. and then in 7th year they get their wish.

Ah yes, Crabbe, Goyle, and Malfoy. Or as I like to call them: Misogyny, Max Jรคgerman, and Count Chocula
* Crabbe and Goyle *
These two were such a struggle to draw. Mostly because they have as much personality as a bowl of porridge. They are the perfect cronies just for that reason. They are followers, led by Malfoy, that's their element. Normally, I'm all for everyone having their own way of doing things and being their own person, but with these two I don't believe it. When I had to dress them, I imagined they would just pick something out every morning with this being their only thought: 'It needs to be clothing.' ... That's it! Nothing more than that. And so, this came out of it. I am happy to now move on to different characters :)
jingle bells
malfoy smells
crabbe hit him with a mace
he landed on the quidditch field
with a bludger in his face
This was submitted to me two years ago, and somehow I let this go unanswered. I understand why, of course. What could I say to this? It is something we would have come up with in first year, and I am beyond such rhymes. But it is amusing, and therefore needed to be shared.
The only thing it seems to be missing is a quality ferret pun. Ermine opinion, that would really make the tune.
