#tfcon 2025

Sorry. Just wanted to fangirl a bit. :p

Wasn't planning on talking about this, but I'm just so happy these are the two pins I got from TFCon 2024 and 2025. IT'S PROWL AND BLUESTREAK!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! o(≧▽≦)o

Baltimore 2024 was my first Transformers convention and I knew the exclusive pin was going to be Prowl so I got it. Prowl's my guy after all.

With Chicago 2025 they revealed the pins and I saw it was Sunstreaker and I was happy with that. Honestly I think I would want to collect each Autobot pin for each TFCon I go to as a memorabilia, so I bought this one as well. When I showed the register person my bought pin ticket thing, he called out to the person who had the pins and said to get a Bluestreak. A BLUESTREAK!!!!! You have no idea how surprised and happy I was. I was internally screaming. I was not expecting to get my other guy at my second TFCon! ⁽⁽`o(≧ᗜ≦)o´⁾⁾

I think it was fate that brought me to these two TFCons. (Just kidding. :p)

So yeah. They're now chilling on my ita bag. Even if they're not meant to be together in any other universe, they're meant to be together in this one. ৻( •̀ ᗜ •́ ৻)

Did you know that Red Alert, in some Japanese G1 continuities, also younger brother of Sideswipe? In some logic, this makes sense considering the fact they are both from the same mold!

Just saw that they posted the Binder of Revelation panel on X and Youtube. I was there and it was really cool seeing some behind the scene story concept things for the Transformers! It's really nice of them posting it cause now I can see it clearer! \(≧▽≦)/ I was sitting all the way in the back. (〒▽〒) Decided to quickly doodle something silly showing how happy I was seeing Prowl on screen. No matter what and in any continuity I think he'll always be my favorite. (Still haven't read IDW and even if I did, would that change my mind? ...IDK. I think I would still like him but the whole time I'll just be like "WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?!" He looks so pretty in IDW too.) I love how Prowl's a martial artist in this version. And how he left his warrior-brethren to fight with his FRIEND Optimus Prime. That's so cute~! I have so many questions/thoughts on him. I want to draw this version so bad right now, but then I keep reminding myself to focus on the other things I'm doing. AUGH! Maybe one day... (ಥ_ಥ)

Hey y'all, its been a week and a half since tfcon Chicago. I've taken time to think and calmed down a bit. If you read my original post, I was angry because the crowd had surged on me and I had actually gotten injured. I was overstimulated, angry, and had spent 1000 bucks to get up there.

Would I change my angry post? Yeah, I would maybe include less profanity... but my anger still stands. I'm not rich by any means, I had spent a year saving and giddying because Transformers means so much to me.

It was there for me when I was at my lowest, the characters were still Starscream, still Optimus, still the same one that got me through my lowest... and I didn't get to enjoy the con meant specefically for them. You could imagine how upsetting that was for an audhd person who is unwell about the series.

I mentioned getting injured, that and people were just flat rude. I tried to get to a small artist's table and got shoved back for "cutting in line for the bigger artist" when I wasn't. All in all, I know this is a fan run convention, but its just... ouch.
