unfortunately my big formative fan experience is star wars... I was 7 when they released the remastered version of ANH and my dad brother and I watched the whole trilogy over and over! and then shadows of the empire came out on n64 and we played tf out of that!!!! the OT was just the peak of films for me. I was obsessed. I still am. and I can remember being obsessed all over again when TPM came out and oh god what a perfect time in my life with all the new merch... I wanted to be a handmaiden...
Gigi this is so so so sweet! And so funny about the handmaiden part because that was literally me lol! TPM was actually the first SW movie I saw as a little kid and I feel in love and LOVED Queen Amidala! Padme stan since childhood!
