Vegan Southern-Style Corn Pudding
Grandma's Corn Pudding The ideal addition to your holiday table is corn pudding, which has a texture similar to custard and sweet corn flavor. This quick casserole recipe only takes an hour to bake! 1/4 cup cornstarch, 1/2 cup milk, 5 large eggs, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/3 cup butter melted and slightly cooled, 1 can whole kernel corn drained, 2 cans cream-style corn
Reasons and Circumstances made it a "use what you already had" holiday last week. Still, I think I did well enough. Good thing I bought stuffing in, like, March. ¬_¬
