I really wanted a turkey sandwich so I cooked a turkey so I could make one. It came out great!! I know that most people would just buy some sliced turkey, but there's nothing like an oven roasted turkey!! I love turkey sandwiches with just turkey, lettuce, mayo, bread, salt, and pepper. Mmmmmmmmmmmm. That hit the spot!!! The turkey was moist and tender. The crunch of the fresh lettuce and the toasted bread were a perfect foil for the turkey!! I know what I'm having for lunch tomorrow. I might just make the rest of the side dishes to have a Thanksgiving dinner tonight or tomorrow. ๐๐๐ In the words of Julia Child... bon appรฉtit!! ๐๐๐

Easy Egg Fried Rice (่็้ฅญ) I love making this 10-minute Chinese homestyle Egg Fried Rice recipe. I prepare it with day-old rice, eggs, and green onions, seasoned with nothing but salt. It is the dish I cook when there is leftover rice in the fridge, four eggs in the carton, and I want something hot and savory on the table for my family.
