I tried this recipe recently. Not the best. The cookies came out pretty dense and had to cool down so they could harden. I might try this later in the future, but I’m not 100% sure.

7 🍪 This cookie will feature two of  Valrhona's finest artisan chocolates. The first one is Valrhona's CARAMÉLIA 36%, a super smooth, super silky milk chocolate with a hint of caramel flavor. To balance out the sweetness, we also added Valrhona's ÉQUATORIALE DARK 55% which has deep, but ultra-refined cocoa notes. These two chocolates intertwine to give the cookie layers upon layers of flavor with every bite.
