And...
Hey! Wanna share with you some of my etudes that I made for melodic lessons. Will post one per weak to stay active here.
This assignment was for practice writing tintinnabuli. In short, the tonic chord is superimposed on the main melody. Since this was a "creative assignment", the combination of the sound of the melody and the sound of the tintinaboule at the same time was not strictly observed.
I'll say right away that you shouldn't expect any deep meaning in this work, since it was simply assigned for an assignment.

I don't think people talk enough about how absolutely beautiful cello and contrabass sound, such underrated instruments

Skytober Day 17 - Music. October 17th, 2024
forgot to feed my bass now it’s a fucking viola what do i do? i have a concert in 6 days
Kinda wish that I was a music person.
Guitar pedals seem pretty dope. I'd love to make my own.
"Odd" instruments are fascinating to me. Subcontrabass trombone? Yes please! Subcontrabass flute? Yes! 12 string bass! Double neck guitars! Electric hurdy gurdy? Yes!! Theramin? Of course! Analog oscilloscopes! (See Silver Apples).
"Odd" generals are cool too. Plutonium jazz! Extra tone! Math rock (not what you think)! Outsider music.
I hope to see more experimentation with cybernetics and instruments. Can we get interesting sounds from instruments that can only be played with the help of more appendages?
