E.V.E.N. is a four-track EP by iiP exploring unintended chance, repetition and resonance.
Centred on prepared piano, the work combines cassette texture, analogue delay, vintage microphone noise and improvisation, tracing the subtle shifts that emerge within repeated gestures.
Even / Veil / Else / Null: four pieces drawn from four words, moving between tone and noise, balance and distortion, presence and disappearance.
『E.V.E.N.』は、意図しない偶然性、反復、共振をテーマにしたiiPの4曲入りEPです。
プリペアドピアノを中心に、カセットテープ、アナログディレイ、ヴィンテージマイクが拾ったノイズ、即興演奏を重ね、繰り返しの中に生じる微細なズレや変化を描いています。
Even / Veil / Else / Null。4つの言葉から立ち上がった4つの楽曲が、整った響きと雑音の境界を行き来しながら、一つの時間を形作ります。
