#constipation station

OH MY GOSH THIS IS RICH THIS IS PERFECT it’s TMI Tuesday and I’m constipated.

No, that doesn’t make it any more enjoyable for me. I think it might make it a little better. I’m pretty annoyed. And then I sat in the bathroom at school and strained for a good at least five minutes maybe ten (on and off-mostly on -_-). And now I’m paranoid that those five-ten minutes are going to cause me to have diverticulitis when I’m older (like my mom).

IF YOU ARE EVER CONSTIPATED DO NOT STRAIN I REPEAT DO NOT TRY TO PUSH DO NOT TRY TO PUSH YOU ARE NOT HAVING A BABY YOU ARE HAVING A BOWEL MOVEMENT AND THAT IS SUPPOSED TO COME NATURALLY otherwise you get these pockets in your intestines and the walls are rubbed down and you could get food stuck in those pockets or holes through the walls and cause a lot of pain for yourself in your later life.

And I know all this and I pushed anyways because I was like, yeah totally it’ll come out just a couple minutes. But no. Nope. It did not. Most times it does, but today it did not.
