I mostly use fbless ebook reader, because it works on console and don’t need to switch to X server for reading. Downside is that it recognize only .fb2 or .fb2.zip format, which is not so common. For quick conversion I use Calibre command line tool:

Instructions:
Go to "C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\cfg"
Create "autoexec.cfg" file * Create a NEW TEXT DOCUMENT * Follow this instruction to show file extension types so you can change the TXT into CFG type file. (VIEW TUTORIAL)
Type in your console commands.
Save the file.
My console commands :
dota_disable_range_finder "0" dota_force_right_click_attack "1" dota_minimap_hero_size "700"
REMEMBER to remove the quotation marks above and re-type it so that it will work.
My brother is playing Skyrim on his laptop and he wanted to spawn in ten chickens so I gave him a code for one of the women you can marry in the game and he spawned in ten of her and started freaking out. After that, I gave him the code for dragons and he spawned in ten again and he got super pissed and killed them all via console command. On the upside, he now has ten dragon souls and Whiterun is now littered with dead women and dragon skeletons.
