Day 36/60!!! What a sweat 💦 session I had this morning at 5am but ya know what? It felt great after it was over!!!! Not only did I get my workout out of the way so I don’t have to worry about where I’m going to fit it in, but it gave me that much needed energy especially at that time of the day!!!!! I’m really amazed at how consistent I am with this awesome program! I’ve only been this consistent for one other program that I could remember & I did that one for a straight 4 months! I have not missed ONE workout and I’m so proud of myself for this!!!! I give myself the commitment that I deserve!! I have accountability not only with every woman on my team but also with those in my accountability group done virtually!!!! They are doing it with me every step of the way!!!! We post our sweaty selfies to keep each other accountable & we make it FUN while reaching for our goals!!!!💪🏻 I want a lifestyle change, not just a change until I lose x amount of weight.
