This involves building daily rhythms that are enjoyable and that last, and probably the most important habit included in that is getting 7-9 hrs of sleep every night. - I'm preaching to myself here, because I tend to be a night owl and stay up too late, so I've failed at this a lot. But as a wise dude named Yoda once said, "The greatest teacher, failure is." - Sleep deprivation has almost single-handedly stalled my progress before. It affects your body at almost every level in a very interconnected way. You will have less energy, motivation, focus, memory, discipline, which combined with the way that it physiologically disrupts your immune system and hormones (among other systems), makes actually progressing in your fitness and health nearly impossible. Overeating, bingeing, and falling into other extremes usually goes along with sleep deprivation. - The bottom line is that if you want to make being lean and toned a lifestyle, this is one habit that you need to get nailed down. #burnfat #calorie #sleeping #flexibledieting #flexibleeating #habits #protein #fitness #healthyeating #fatloss #weightloss #nutrition #nutritionist #diet #mealprep #mealplan #alwaysoptimal #conquertraining #marcusrice #eatinghealthy #weightloss #weightlossjourney #health #healthy #healthylife #healthylifestyle #night
