i wish i didn’t always think about food but then i also love the fact that i do i wish i could either pick recovery and stay with it or just rot in my ed i keep switching between each one and it just makes the weight progress harder and makes me hate my self more no matter what i always relapse in my ed so why shouldn’t i just stick too it and keep losing weight because then at least ill not hate my self i will just be in pain and sad because being skinner makes me cry a-lot which i swear burns calories idk good morning i guess, i hope today i can eat as little as possible and walk as much is possible yippieeeeee <3
