#confirmation emails

Hi, and thank you so much for signing up!

We will definitely be sending out confirmation emails a few days after the sign-up period has ended (which is July 30, so you should get an email by August 2, I would think).

The reason we don't send it out right away is because if you signed up for the exchange, we will need a few days to match people up first. When you get your email, it will also have information about who you will be creating for.

(This is assuming you signed up for the exchange option. If you signed up for the individual option instead, it will still take us several days to send out the emails, as we will be setting aside time to do the emailing all at once, when both mods are available).

If you are worried that your sign-up might possibly have gotten eaten by the internet demons, very soon we will be posting a link to our airtable list of who has signed up so far so you can check and see.

The mods are a little backed up on sending out confirmation emails (i.e., we haven’t started sending them out yet due to other things that need to be done). We did receive your signup, and I’ll start sending out confirmation emails ASAP!

Hello Everyone,

We just wanted to give a heads up that the first round of sign up confirmation emails will be sent out over the coming weekend.  We’ll be going through the sign ups to confirm your contact info, what you signed up as, and answer any questions you left us in the comments when you signed up.

Confirmation emails will go out in rounds! We’re currently planning to send out the first round on the weekend. 

This way we can do it all in one (two, five) sitting(s) and not have to worry about forgetting someone in between at all, and you have the advantage to log onto the discord when many others do at the same time (as opposed to many individual people logging on alone and having to introduce themselves to a group that already introduced themselves!) Anyway, don’t fret, confirmation emails will go out in regular intervals! At the moment, we’re still rolling out the advertisments on all platforms so as to reach as many diverse corners of the fandom as possible! 

Q: 確認メールは参加登録があった時点で送られてきますか？それとも５月の締め切り後に全員に送られますか？
