So I just found out about radnormal and let's just say this is a terrible label. And as a queer disabled person of color, this label pisses me off, and here's why.
Disclaimer: DO NOT HARASS OR TARGET ANYONE WHO IS RADNORMAL. I KINDLY ASK YOU TO BLOCK AND REPORT THESE PEOPLE.
For those who don't know, radnormal is an anti-radqueer and anti-contact label. You can learn more about radnormal through this Strawpage. I am very much anti-radqueer and anti-contact for paraphilias that can cause harm, but this label is not it. While the label is anti-ai, anti-racist, anti-xenosatanist, anti-censorship, pro-furry, and pro-queer (as well as having a few ideas I do agree with, such as keeping minorities safe, educating people on marginalized groups, accepting contradictory labels), it's also got a few stances I do not agree with, and here's why.
Anti-Para
As someone who has had quite a bit of a challenge learning and accepting paraphiles, I find the anti-para stance of radnormal to be infuriating. Not only is it spreading misinformation, but it is also very paramisic to say the least, especially towards the big 3 of paraphilias. not all paraphiles are ticking time bombs for acting harm. But then again, radnormal is accepting of anti-contact paraphiles as long as they don't have a paraphilia that is considered harmful if acted upon (still not good).
Anti-Endo
Just a disclaimer: I do not have DID/OSDD, nor am I system, but I feel like a lot of anti-endogenic stuff id very exclusionist to say the least. Not tolerating endogenic systems and choosing to avoid them is one thing, but actively going against them in my opinion is not good. Also it just comes off as sysmedicalist.
Anti-Proship, Darkship, Lolisho
This one seems very hypocritical, considering that the radnormal label is anti-censorship (but then again, it's entirely possible to be anti-censorship without using any of these labels, I do not use any ship labels on myself). Also connects to the other stance below.
Neu-Harassment
While the radnormal community claims they are trying to move away from it, that doesn't stop some radnormals from saying stuff that is enabling harassment.

As seen in this example, this just feels like an excuse to bully and harass people, and in my opinion, this feels disrespectful towards victims who do use fiction as a form of coping. Also the Strawpage mentioned that they are pro-aggressive the people they are against, which is just harassment.
Did I not mentioned that the coiner behind radnormal is racist? They made a graphic of someone lynching a representation of those they don't like. I know another user already pointed it out, but I think it should be restated that lynching is a form of public execution, which is not only considered cruel, but also historically (especially in the U.S.) was done on people of color, particularly black people.
I hope the creator changes themselves and realizes that they and the community are causing harm because this label is a disaster waiting to happen.
If there is anything else I missed regarding radnormals, type it down in the comments below.
My friend and I are thinking about making a webcomic. We want to include a nonbinary character, but arenât sure how to draw them without making them seem stereotypical. Is there anything that we should avoid?
Draw people, and then make them nonbinary. It's as simple as having someone say they're nonbinary, or using pronouns outside of (but possibly still including) she/her and he/him.

Just draw a human.
The fun about being nonbinary is, that we're literally not binary and can be everything.
If the visuals are already hard, idk about the plot or character.

I don't think there's anything wrong with making them stereotypical tbh, if it's in character. When it comes to drawing a character, think about the personality and what sorts of things that character might visually like in terms of haircut, clothes, etc. -- and don't restrict that based on gender. Some nonbinary people do feel restricted to only wearing "womenswear" or "menswear" but it's an exciting part of coming to terms with yourself to try and figure out what you like to look like without worrying about that anymore.
As we begin preparing for Round 6, the mods of MCU Kink Bingo are looking to update the kinks list we use to generate cards. Weâre asking you to take this survey to give us more information about the kinks youâd like to see represented. The survey is totally anonymous, so donât be shy about including any and all kinks! The amount of time it will take is dependent on how many kinks youâre nominating, but in total it shouldnât take more than five or ten minutes.
âHey, Blondie!â A distorted British voice called. It reminded Grian of someone else whoâs familiar- but oddly different. It wouldnât be out of the ordinary for him to not know someone on this new server, after all.
The winged hermit looked up from the boats to the mountain covered shores of the main island and spotted a stranger in red armor that he hadn't met yet in this strange new world⌠His armor was similar to Xisumaâs, as well as his voice actually...
â...Yes?â The British hermit tilted his head curiously at the new man. âAre you talking to me?â
âUgh, yes, you. Who else?! You are licherally the only one in the nearby area right now.â The horned stranger strode down the mountain. âYou are the new hermit the stinkinâ admin invited, yeah?â
Grian nodded after a brief pause, and the Xisuma look-a-like continued to speak, âIâve heard youâre a big fan of shenaniganry, arenât ya? Interested in some advice?â Grian, dumbfounded, continued to nod. âWell, mind going for a walk? The weather is too nice to be wasted in the shadows of some mountain.â The red armored individual held out his claw-like hands, and the hermit took them, almost without hesitation.Â
Not that Grian had much of a choice, actually... Something about the stranger was charming and made him easy to listen to.Â
Not-Xisuma pulled him up onto land and let go of the hermitâs hand. As they climbed the steep mountain- with the stranger walking with an awfully lightweight pace, despite the heavy armor he was wearing- the other spoke once again, âDonât you think the server is a little too quiet, Grian? Donât you think it is in need of some⌠Chaos? Just like your old home, donât you remember all those pranks you did? How much fun you had?âÂ
Grian stopped for a moment- Nevermind the fact that he somehow knew about his life before Hermitcraft in Evo, or how he suddenly knew his name- he had a point! Maybe that was what he needed to truly fit in with the hermits⌠It could probably ease him of homesickness as well.
The horned one took the air wielderâs silence as a sign to keep speaking, âWell, what do you think? Personally, I think something small would work⌠a tag game perhaps- Drat.â
The stranger abruptly stopped talking, as a look of rancor briefly appeared on his face as if something just died nearby, and as quickly as the expression had come, it left once again. Grian didnât have much time to process the sudden change of mood before the silence was broken by a very similar voice to the red stranger- this time- he recognized it.
âGrian? Whacha doing out here alone?â The more familiar British voice replaced the formerly twisted voice. The winged hermit turned around, surprised to find the green armored version of the one he has been talking to. âN-nothing much really⌠Hey, do you guys know e-â Grian turned around once again to where the horned one once was, only to find he was replaced by air. â...each other?...â
â...Grian?? You good dude?â Xisuma asked in a concerned tone, âIf you arenât feelinâ well, we can go to the Guardian Temple another day.âÂ
âNo! No⌠Uhm.â Grian coughed a bit, âAnyways, by any chance do you know someone that looks uncannily like you? He had red armor instead of your green one, and he had horns⌠Huge horns!â The Air wielder made exaggerated motions in the air, mimicking what he had seen.
The adminâs face turned up as he tried to suppress a laugh, and snorted before letting it out and spoke in breaths. âSo youâve met Evil Xisuma! Glad he made an impression on ya, at least.â Xâs laugh died though, but his smile was still bright without his helmet to obscure it. âDonât worry about that scumbag, he canât cause much harm! Out of curiosity though, what did he say to ya?â
âHe wanted to see a tag game of sorts, I suppose? I mean... it sounds fun, doesnât it? This Evil Xisuma guy seems to have some good ideas once in a blue moon.â Grian thought for a bit, âI might actually just go ahead and start one.â
âYou arenât wrong, that does seem like a swell idea, get some things on the server startinâ, at least!â X agreed, âWell, feel free to start this tag game then, it certainly has my approval.â The admin spoke, as he picked up a boat from his inventory, and held it in his arms, âEvil Xisuma and potential tag game aside, shall we get going to the Guardian Temple, then?â He asked the new hermit, and energy bubbled up in Grian once more, excited to finally have some dark prismarine at his disposal.

First of all, a huge thank you to all of you for sticking with us during the wild ride that has been the past four months. So much has happened that none of us could have anticipated, and we appreciate your time and patience throughout this craziness.
As originally planned, Kink Bingo will be going on hiatus as we finish Round 4. Weâre going to be making quite a few changes to Kink Bingo for Round 5, though â including moving to a new tumblr account! The tumblr account youâre reading this from will become @mcukinkbingo-archive on May 15th, and a new @mcukinkbingo blog will be created in its place. This change is to allow us to have a more consistent tagging system for square fills, and also to allow people the choice of whether or not theyâd like to continue following Kink Bingo under a no-stress environment. We encourage you to follow the new blog when it goes live; weâll be posting reminders on this blog about the change periodically.
We also have some changes to the moderator team weâd like to announce. Mods BuckysP and Bunny are stepping down due to their current real-life situations. We thank them for the time and care they put into Round 4, and wish them all the best! Decisions about whether or not weâll be adding new moderators to the team will be announced as we move closer to Round 5.
Speaking of Round 5 â we heard a lot of frustration at the beginning of Round 4 about cards not going out as fast as people would like them, and part of that was due to the posting period and signup period overlapping. To mitigate this and give everyone the same amount of time to post, weâre going to be introducing a signup period prior to when the posting period begins. For Round 5, weâre looking at a signup period of July 1st to July 21st, and a posting period of August 1st to January 30th. In short: everyone will sign up before the end of July, anyone who signs up will receive their card on August 1st, and they will be able to post fills until the end of January. Youâll notice this is also a longer round time than weâve had in the past (six months as opposed to four); weâd like to see how having more time affects peopleâs enjoyment of the event.
This is just the beginning of the changes weâre looking to make for Round 5, but weâre so excited to share this journey with you, and thank you again for your support!
