09/2013 Personal Best  for 4 Mins (so far) 1180m

I'm pretty sure I can find 9m....that's only about one stroke...surely I can find that?

Cutting it into 4 * 1 minute intervals seems strange but it might work.

1. Lots of Power (Fully anaerobic for now) 2. Going aerobic now, focus on power and breathing technique still solid 3. Harder now, focus, breathe keep form and technique 4. Find what's left and deliver it.

And relax.

I've found having someone shout at you at step four helps!

Happened to hit a new personal best at the Gym yesterday.

5000 metres on the Concept II Rowing machine in 18:57, the average performance per 500 meters was 1:53.7. This was at level 9.

I gained a a whole 1 second   :-)
