Pokémon: Regional Variant Mareep Line

Here's an idea that's been percolating in my brain ever since regional variants were introduced: a Grass-type variant of the Mareep line, inspired by the Common Mullein plant that I frequently see around Colorado. This Mega Ampharos, to contrast the Dragon/Electric-type standard, is a Fairy/Grass-type.
