Okay, this commander sleeper is not recent, it’s near five years old now, but I still feel like not enough people know about the Flungicorn.
Do you know the old saying, “Math is for blockers”? The Flungicorn makes it a truth as long as you have your commander out, and from the turn the Unicorn comes down. This four-drop removes literally all risks of attacking, you have Vigilance so you’re not committing, and the opponents’ creatures can’t kill yours in combat. You’re free to swing with your entire board without any worry as long as you keep the unicorn and your commander, and as long as the trigger resolved, even removing them doesn’t stop the effect for the turn.
If you’re a white deck, that wants to be able to attack, and has a commander that costs 4 or less, I encourage you to try it, I’ve always found it to overperform. I know from this year, Isshin is VERY popular and this is a no-brainer in that deck, despite only 5% of Isshin decks on EDHRec taking advantage of it.
