Jax (The Amazing Digital Circus)

Crimes:

There's a lot, but he relentlessly bullies and mocks Gangle, does a lot of harmful pranks (such as putting centipedes in Ragatha's room even though she's deadly afraid of them), abandons Ragatha and the newcomer Pomni to deal with a violent abstracted Kaufmo, throws Pomni out of a moving truck, threatens Gangle and makes a deal with the Fudge that allowed the latter to eat the entire Candy Kingdom in episode 2, throws Ragatha into the deep-frier in episode 4, suggests an adventure where he's a poacher who hunts down the other members of the circus in episode 5 and very clearly enjoys it, mocks Zooble in the bar scene, tells Ragatha she told Gangle to kill herself while she was high (untrue), is so much of a jerk to the point where the "Evil" Jax NPC is a really nice and shy guy, his monologue to Pomni in episode 6, while a mask for his true feelings, was incredibly cruel…

Why do you like them?

Your honor he's clearly not well mentally due to his friend's abstraction and he's a fake idgafer (tries to pretend he doesn't care for the others even though he does) and does horrible things and develops a destructive mentality to push others away (Obviously not an excuse but a reason as to why he's so complex and well written) I love him so much it's unreal
