Now, it's kinda bare-bones bc i've never read an iron man comic in my life but it goes like this:

Loki ditches Asgard after his mouth gets sewn shut and hides in midgard for many many years

Odin knows Loki's there but thinks she's going to come back again eventually like she did when she was a married to a farmer for 9-ish years. But he's wrong, no matter how many heart breaks loki goes through he refuses to return to Asgard (except for stealing some golden apples).

Eventually Loki and Howard meet and immediately become quite fond of each other. They both are cold-hearted jackasses with a terrible alcohol problem. They end up marrying during WW2.

Tony has fetal alcohol syndrome rip (all of loki's kids do tho-)

Howard's initial emotional abuse towards Tony was typically diverted away by Loki when she was around to do that. Though the moment she found out Howard had thrown a glass at Tony, Howard was a dead man.

Luckily for Tony his mom is very smart and very rich so the world simply though it was an unfortunate heart attack that befell his father. Tony knows better though.

Tony grows up quick but also somehow not at all. The mixture of being incredibly smart AND rich AND having a trickster mother is the perfect recipe for "im a smartass" pie

During college Tony befriends Bruce Banner (somehow). they probably yaoi out

Loki and Tony are Co Owners of Stark Industries

thing in the cave where tony replaces his heart with the arc reactor happens (IM SORRY IVE NEVER SEEN AN IRON MAN) and eventually Tony becomes Iron Man. Loki plays along with the rouse of Iron Man being Tony's bodyguard bc she thinks its funny as shit

timeskip: The avengers are a thing now and Loki is doing everything in her power to NOT meet Thor though eventually it does happen. Theres this whole scene where Thor is like "BROTHER!" and Loki all like "Bitch do i look like?" but yeah loki get outed as a norse god and Tony is in his suit quietly going "????"

The two have a talk where Loki goes into detail about her and tony's heritage and why he was never told and why she's never going back to Asgard. Tony now has very mixed feelings about Thor and his mother but ultimately still wants them in his life.
