But I have been reading a lot of Thor and i cannot stress enough how ridiculously bro has been going through. He got roofied, his dad ‘died’, he went to Hel and got fucked up by Hela, he got turned into a frog, he grew a beard to hide the scars from the aforementioned fucking up and now he’s been cursed with immortality but every time he gets injured it never heals and all his bones are broken.
Oh and he went to the sewers to rescue Angel and give the victims of the mutant massacre a viking funarel (set them on fire).

So Walt Simonson went on his honeymoon and so couldn’t write or draw this issue. Naturally the solution was an entire issue of Hercules dunking on Thor, in which Thor himself doesn’t actually appear. Yk what i respect it
