Sometimes I feel like I need a stronger word that beautiful, don't you?
yes (I cannot stress that enough) because, the word 'beautiful' cannot express everything I want to say. I want to say that something or someone is beautiful but that word cannot express what they are in that moment: gorgeous, breathtaking, charming, bewitching- it's just so hard
I'd use a couple number of words like:
prepossessing, alluring, heavenly, stunning, glamorous, winsome, beguiling, irresistible, graceful, elegant, exquisite, magnificent, divine, knockout, pulchritudinous, handsome, pretty, fanciable
or even phrases: drop-dead gorgeous, easy on the eye, as pretty as a picture
these all maybe synonyms to beautiful but what I want to express it as, they wouldn't be enough
you know there's no word for it and that hurts, uk it's just so.. so- ethereal?
I think that's closest to what I want to express the word beautiful as, for you it maybe different but you know that it feels empty to say the word 'beautiful' itself
because uk it's so much more than that,
it's-
it hurts, it feels empty because there is no word.
No word to express 'the beautiful'
that you are
