Last weekend we visited more houses and found one that matches all our criterias. It's a bit far from my family but it's pretty and not far from a train station and in our budget

So I've been thinking about it almost non stop all week. (Even though we did our first show of the year with the theater troupe and i had important stuff at work... very eventful week. Thankfully I had nothing planned this weekend else I'd have died from toomuchstuffhappening) So now we need to discuss do we really want it and if so when do we go back to see it again and make an offer. And I want to start looking for other members soon. I hope we can live together as a group of 6 to 12 people

Two of the 6 people making the group dropped out. It wasn't a surprise because we felt they were less involved lately and they're young and have other projects and life stuff going on that make it difficult to commit. They said maybe in a few years they'll end up joining back if possible but for now they're out

I'm sad they won't live with us but i was afraid the project might be delayed if they hesitated or couldn't dedicate enough time for us so I'm relieved too. And luckily it was the two with the less cash so little impact on the budget

We visited more houses and talked about the budget and we maaay have been seeing too big compared to the money we can actually gather. So we need to think things through more.

It's difficult to agree on what we want. We visited very different houses, including a beautiful huge renovated old house that is expensive but almost exactly what we'd need without need to remodel stuff. And one manor in ruins. (Different one from the manor needing lots of renovation from last month). Well, people lived in a part of it so it's not a complete ruin but it needs so so so much work.

Also we saw a different house in a not much better state but so so cheap and just next to the train station but it was too small. I'm yearning for that but bigger so bad but i know it probably doesn't exists.

We're considering building too now I guess?? At least a part of the buildings. I'd rather renovate but at this point I'm just fully confused. I don't know what is feasible with our criterias and budget
