Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter. 2 cups granulated sugar. 1 cup cocoa powder. 4 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in sugar and cocoa until well combined. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour and salt; gradually stir into the chocolate mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the brownies begin to pull away from the edges of the pan. Allow brownies to cool before cutting into squares.
