#clumsy problems

Clutzy Confession #1: So when I was around 10 or 11 I was walking up my lawn to my front door. My house sat on a slope so the side walk leading to the door was not even with the grassy part of the lawn. I went to step up onto the sidewalk and my toe caught the side of the cement. I tripped and went down on my hands and knees and slid across the cement. My hands slid into the rocks and then I completely lost any balance and fell over. I laid there momentarily processing what happened. I tried to sit up and smacked my head against my house and just laid back down.  Next day I am walking through the living room. My mom has been going through boxes in our storage room and in one of these boxes she finds her hand carved African letter opener. She leaves it sticking out of the box for some mindless reason. I walk by unaware of it (because no one is expecting a knife to be sticking out of a box in their living room) and I get stabbed in the knee. It actually carves out a piece of flesh. Feel free to submit your clumsy clutzy confessions! Let's laugh at our pain together!

I just tried to sit down on my office chair and instead pushed it backwards on its wheels so I fell ass-first onto the floor.

Managed to drop my headphones in my cup of wine on the plane earlier.

Today I'm volunteering through work and we're decorating a rugby club house. I made it two hours before stepping into a tray of paint.

I once got second degree burns on my hand, from grabbing a bread roll I'd defrosted in the microwave.

Being dropped at school by Mum one day, I managed to shut the car door on my fingers. I'd slammed it closed. Mum started driving off, pulling me along with the car. I had to desperately bang on the window with my free hand to get her to stop.
