If the demigods ever went to school (or maybe one of those Mortal Au where they all meet in High School) I could totally see Lou Ellen,Clovis and Nico being part of the "Quiet Kids" gang but in different way.
Clovis is the quiet kid that sleep in the back of the classroom,but when the teachers calls him to ask him questions about the lessons he answer them and is always 100% right. Same for the tests. He will be the first one to complete them and then he will do his own things,while waiting for the other to finish.
Lou Ellen is the quiet kid that is really into witchcraft and a lot of hobby. The alligation of "weird kid" never left her and she always knew the most out of pocket things ever. Never question her about those. Surprisingly she is also really into psychology and is street smart.
Nico is the quiet kid that is extremely kind once you get to know him,and is really loyal to his friends. He is rich and very talented,but tries to stay under the teachers and students's radars,because he doesn't like attentions. The art class is the place where you have to go to find him.
Few people know that they are friends because they barely interact in class,but once you are their friends and know about their friendship,you will always see the little things they do for each other.
Lou Ellen is often Nico's seatmate so Nico can feel grounded to a familiar presence when he gets overwhelmed. Nico help Lou Ellen when she start to panick about dead-lines and he help her study,pulling all-nighters.
Nico always bring 2 packed lunches,one for himself and another for Clovis,because the boy can't doesn't remember that eating is one of the things that keeps him alive. Clovis is always nearby Nico and is the first one to understand if he isn't feeling well or is ill,so he tries to cheer him up.
Lou Ellen drags Clovis at least 3 times at week out of his apartment,to make sure that he is alive,and they often spend a couple of hours in the late evening together because of this. Clovis pass his notes to Lou Ellen in class,because he know that his friend's attention span is completely useless when it cames to something that isn't phycology.
All of three of them have mandatory late night walk,where they often buy snacks in shops (Nico's paying because he is rich) and eat them in parks. All of three of them have pajama party in Nico's place because it's comfortable,big and safe for them all. They all have matching bracelets with their favorite colors (Amethyst for Lou,Polo Blue for Clovis and Silver for Nico). During finals they study together,pulling all-nighters and feeding themselves only with energy drinks (Lou Ellen's body is already 90% coffee and they don't want to make her addiction worse) and spite,they always end up in the Top 10,with some of the best score in the school.
They indulge into each other's interests and enable each other: Clovis and Nico help Lou in whatever weekly ritual she is trying to do; Clovis and Lou are always ready to be Nico's subject for a drawing; Nico and Lou indulge Clovis's love for literature and they even have plays in Nico's place.
They mostly stay with each other but they also have connections outside of their little group. It's just that most of the time they find themselves together and they stick together because they understand each other very well and are on the same wavelength.
