In tarot, Judgement represents a time of absolute ends and of fresh beginnings. The tree that the caracal is sitting on has fallen, and seemingly, died. Yet at the tips of its branches, new leaves manage to sprout, offering a taste of hope. On one of the upper branches, a scarab beetle rests its wings, an ancient Egyptian symbol of resurrection offering good fortune during challenging periods of transformation.

Finally getting to share a project I’ve worked on for a long time with @sillytarantula ! We are working on a series of chibi cryptid hand cast resin figures, starting with Mothman. We both worked on the character design (I chibi-fied her awesome art), I did the 3D model, she did the resin casting, and we both did the finishing and painting!
