Dani/Ellie Phantom and Swyer's Syndrome
This is probably stupid, but it's been cluttering up my brain ever since I first remembered the condition existed, so I figured I might as well post it here.
So all those clones Vlad makes in kindred spirits: I'm almost certain you could roughly match each clone's appearance to real life genetic disorders (Which has lead "terminal bone disorder-fetus" to add another tick on my secret FBI watchlist, so thanks for that.) Some on a more one-to-one real life scale than others.
I may put some more research into the other clones sometime or other, but at the moment, lets focus on Ellie.
I was inspired:

naval clone officers, or at least Wolffe, seem to have a uniform. but it's different in cut and colour from non-clone officers, so it still makes the same point, I guess
yeah i don’t recall seeing wolffe in uniform (yet?) but i noticed that the prison guards seem to be clones, and those not on active guard duty seem to have a service uniform. now granted, differences in that could be due to other reasons, but if wolffe’s uniform is also notably different, then... yeah

You said Clones?
I found this super interesting post about clones and tonight I want to bring your attention on the following posts; Here is the first - here is the second In order to have such more strength and stamina than a regular human the clones need energy, sugar is energy but energy change "shape" throught the process and become heat, so it's logic to think that the clones have a higher body temperature compared to a regular human and a soft spot for sugar foods (to maintain the thing)
You know; sugar => energy => strength => heath
To remember that they are stronger and didn't get tired easily. But how much they are hotter? (A lot, trust me)
On the topic of reading through old posts… it’s missing my clones hours tonight

Ok in the clone wars the clones clearly have issues and in irl militaries soldiers self medicate to a certain degree. Commonly that’s with caffeine (if you can self medicate with caffeine or if that’s just something to help maintain a schedule) nicotine is also Very common, or alcohol which starts to send up red flags. In the clone wars the clones are also gonna self medicate, to the extent that if every clone had to go cold turkey there’d be a fraction of the army in combat ready condition. Like a fifth, possibly less. So ARC school is practically rehab- ARC missions require solo insertions for long durations and you’re not gonna be able to get your fix in enemy territory like the ARCs are in. Before the advanced phase starts you need to be Fit and that includes addiction free
