How the fairy maids see Sakuya
It varies wildly actually, and it usually sways in one of two directions. Either they love and adore her, seeing her as a role model, or they’re scared of her, afraid that she’ll kick them out if they’re caught goofing around.
On one hand, being a perfect elegant maid means the fairy maids often see a graceful, peaceful side to her. Her enthusiasm for parties also helps keep them loyal. They look up to her and want to emulate her in whatever way they can, trying their best to impress. And then there’s the other fairies...
Some fairies live in the Scarlet Devil Mansion out of a desire to have a home and hearth. However, they don’t see Sakuya as a benevolent presence, but rather a taskmaster that demands their lodgings be paid for in labour. For most, this manifests as lazy fairies who will scramble if they think Sakuya will catch them slacking, usually doing only enough work to keep up appearances.
But then there’s those fairies that started as one of the more admiring and optimistic maids. And then they either got yelled at really bad for messing up or witnessed Sakuya lapsing back into old behaviours and she went from being seen as a role model to something of a monster. Most of the time, the fairy will flee the mansion before the week is out. If they’re dedicated to staying, they sometimes develop a neurosis where they become obsessed with never messing up, for fear of being kicked out.

On Christmas I had my muses send Christmas presents to everyone but you weren't around at the time and I didn't want to spam your inbox while you were away as I know that can be stressful.
So I just noted them all down and set the list aside. I just gotta dig up the gifts for Sakuya, Reimu, and Saki.

“I wouldn’t have it any other way.” Truth be told, it was more because she knew her baking was pretty popular with the girls and it would help to avoid a possible mess on the freshly cleaned floors if she had some degree of help in the matter.
“There should be enough here if you wished to share some with the other staff... providing there is any left in the end. It took quite a bit of effort just to smuggle them all the way here.” Her statement was a bit lost in context, but still held true regardless.
It was going to be a bit chaotic once she lifted the tray since every fairy in the manor within smelling distance was likely to drop what they were doing and come over in a hurry to get some of her famous cookies before they are all gone.
