Clock Tower: Rewind launches October 29 in the west - Gematsu
Clock Tower: Rewind will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam on October 29 in the Americas and Europe, developer WayForward announced. The game will support English, Japanese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese language options.
In Japan, Clock Tower: Rewind will launch a few days later on October 31.
“This fall is shaping up to be one of the most thrilling and action-packed periods in WayForward’s history,” said WayForward Tyrannical Overlord Voldi Way in a press release. “Just in time for spooky season, Clock Tower: Rewind will allow horror fans to finally experience an acclaimed 16-bit classic.”
Here is an overview of the game, via WayForward:
Clock Tower: Rewind is the resurrection of the 1995 Super Famicom game, Clock Tower, officially translated and released outside of Japan for the first time. Featuring the original graphics, sound, and gameplay of the classic release, the groundbreaking title challenges players to escape the terrifying Barrows family manor, where they’ll be pursued by the relentless, murderous, shears-wielding Scissorman. The game also includes Rewind Mode, which adds extra content and quality-of-life improvements, along with numerous extra features including a new animated intro, vocal songs by Mary Elizabeth McGlynn (Silent Hill series) and Emi Evans (NieR series), motion comics with voiceovers, an art gallery, save states, a rewind function, a music player, and other bonuses.

i meant to post this a while ago. but this is roughly my personal favourites (or most intense) pieces of the year. three whole months i DIDNT draw (or if i did they were just doodles and i was trying to find stuff that was more than just a sketch) things i know ive improved on: hands. anatomy. colors. things i know i still need to improve on: movement. my own patience when it comes to rendering. exploring other pens/linework options.
here's hoping i can get more art done in 2024 as a whole

Who's your favourite clock tower / mgs character?
hey anon! thanks for the ask <3
my favourite clock tower character is definitely jennifer, the pick is probably generic for some but there’s nothing like being able to survive a killer, whose constantly stalking you with a large pair of scissors. putting it simply, i love her.
my favourite metal gear solid character? that’s a tough one… i can round it down to two. my favourite protagonist is solid snake (like that wasn’t obvious already), and my favourite antagonist is revolver ocelot. to describe my slow obsession with this menace, it was pretty much like the hyper fixation descended down onto me like a friendly rock to the head.
