They’re very similar in that they’re both control freaks with an egotistical bend that are behaving the way they are in order to cope with grief. They’re similar in this way because they’re both set up as deliberate parallels to the Doctor.

Clara is someone that Me doesn’t have to worry about losing, in a life where Me has lost everyone she ever loved over and over and over again.

Clara is essentially a mythical figure in Me’s life. Me doesn’t actually remember Clara so much as she remembers what she wrote about Clara. How does Me react when she has to encounter Clara as a real person again?

Me’s lack of memory of Clara is somewhat similar to the Doctor’s. Like the Doctor, she knows what happened but not necessarily the emotions or details attached to it. I can’t imagine that makes Clara feel good.

They’re both immortal bc it was bestowed upon them unwillingly by the Doctor, but Clara has an out and Me doesn’t. Going back to #2, maybe Me is worried that eventually Clara will choose to die. Maybe Me is jealous that Clara gets to make that choice.
