I've realized it's time to stop running from the truth. I need to dance to feel good, to feel me, to feel purpose. Dance is my super power... So why is it that we keep running from these things that make us feel so lively? For me it was fear, people pleasing and lack of self worth (feeling I didn't deserve it). Yet it is ONLY when I dance that I feel most free and at peace with myself. So I've decided to change my mindset and tell myself I deserve it, that others don't need to understand for me to understand and keep working for it and that if I keep letting this fear steer the wheel I'll never get to my personal heaven. It really is that simple of a START, a desire that turns into a decision, is all you need to START TAKING ACTION. . . .
