My body is crazy sore from the last two days of #insanitymax30. I was going to do day three but I didn't know if I could give it my all. I still wanted to work out so I asked myself, "What can I do that will make me feel like I'm working out but won't constantly make me think of my aching muscles?" The answer: dance! So, I turned on #cize and danced away. Day 1 of Cize vs. After Day 3 of Cize. It's a small difference, but my waist is smaller and the top of my stomach is a little flatter. If this is after 3 days, I cant wait to see the rest! Now, off to do day 4!

Tonight, I met and worked out with one of my fitness idols! I cannot explain the excitement! He is seriously the coolest and I am forever grateful for this opportunity.
