Funny news, i DID almost pull something on the aerial ring doing another double Figure with someone else. And while yes It was a new figure, It was also relatively easy and we were both veterans in the circus, so both of us suddenly naying NOP and becoming One with the crashmats three seconds later was quite funny

Training our doubles aerial hoop act for Possevision tonight, my arms were poppin! The heat was something else 🥵
Tonight at aerial hoop I finally succeeded at a new drop I've been working on and I am so excited!! I can't share it yet as it's in an act I'm doing for a show in April and I want it to be a surprise but man all the armpit bruises are worth it 🤣
Circus is so hard on my body, especially as a chronically ill person but it also makes all the achievements feel ✨️extra special✨️
