not on hand, but i have some bullet points!

- speaks in a dry semi-monotone. it can be difficult for autistic people to remember to emote in their speech.

- says he doesn’t like being up on the surface because there’s too much sensory input:  "What can I say? It's... different. I never stay up there for very long, don't think I could, starts making me feel ill. Too many sensations all at once. And when the chariot of Helios is in the sky, it gets so bright that I can barely see."

- has trouble recognizing and processing feelings that he has. this can be seen throughout his romance. “sometimes i miss not feeling anything.”

- this is a bit more subjective but when he talks to hades and persephone, his speeches seem so... mechanically put together? if that makes sense? he has this vibe of “i am putting together building blocks of The Things I Need To Say And How To Say Them to get through this social ritual i’m not comfortable with.”

- he focuses on his work/routine to the point where he kind of... abandons the people in his life? i don’t mean that as a criticism of him, i just can’t think of a better word. but Making Time For Social Interaction doesn’t seem like a natural instinct for him. zagreus “lost contact” with him for a long time before the start of the game - it seems that zag’s quest spurred than to visit the house and to 

- showing concern and care for hypnos by trying to help him improve his work habits but not really doing it in a very gentle or nice way. sees a problem that hypnos needs advice solving, doesn’t want his brother to get in trouble

- there’s some others but those are even more subjective so i won’t detail them but trust me. it all rings very true

this is all my opinion as someone who has Brainweird, but my experience of being probably autistic has been a lot of “i really have to consciously put effort into remembering to do social stuff, and do social stuff in a way that others will take well.” it’s hard to explain... like, “normal” people will do this stuff more naturally, but for autistic people it’s like having to remember to intentionally push the right button to do/say/feel the right thing for that moment.

i do think he’s autistic-coded - i was hcing him as autistic very early on, and then i saw that line about not liking sensations and i was like “okay this has to be deliberate.” his character makes absolute sense as autistic.
